About DSFLA, Inc.

Mark Tolson started DSFLA, Inc. in 2001 primarily as a development services company focusing on land development and construction. After the Great Recession of 2009, it’s focus shifted to general contracting and renovations, and has remained as such through today. Mark’s background and experience was a perfect fit to segue into the transition; From being partner on the development team for a few local communities (The Strand Golf and County Club, Olde Cypress, Grandezza) and having a Structural/Civil Engineering degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

In the more recent years, his work has evolved into renovation and rehabilitation of commercial and residential structures. The business now focuses on it’s referrals from many years of satisfied clients and it’s refined prowess to handle technical projects that most contractors steer clear of.
